Michelle Hong brings to our Board of Directors more than 25 years of extensive experience in the financial and legal services industries, along with strong expertise in executive leadership and talent, local markets, wealth management and environmental, social, and governance matters.

Ms. Hong is currently Counsel at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP. Previously, Ms. Hong served as a founding partner and co-head of the Philadelphia office for the Northern Trust Company. Prior to that, Ms. Hong served as Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Planner at Brown Brothers Harriman.

Ms. Hong serves as a Corporate Director of PECO, an Exelon energy company. She is also the Vice Chair and a board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in Philadelphia. She is also a director on the boards of the William Penn Foundation and WHYY, Inc.

Ms. Hong has previously served as Board Director of Main Line Health and Philabundance.

Ms. Hong earned her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies and English from Duke University. She became a director of WSFS Financial Corporation in 2025 and will be up for reelection at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
